Thanks, Behr - but where's the pain and suffering?

After our failed concrete "stain" incident I thought it best to let Behr know how craptacular their product was and request a refund for all of the stain and etching products (around $122). Luckily, we kept all receipts so they honored the request:



So it's not much, nor will we ever get those pain-staking hours back that we spent prepping the concrete... but we learned a valuable life lesson: Don't stain anything with a product that is not a stain. And if you experience something similar, don't hesitate to ask for your money back, just keep your receipts.
